BEU (hereinafter "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

• Providing cosmetic brand consulting services
• Expert matching and consultation service connection
• AI-based product recommendations and consultation services
• Service improvement and new service development
• Customer inquiry response and complaint handling

The Company collects the following personal information to provide services.

• For expert connection (required): Name
• For expert connection (optional): Phone number or email (contact method)
• Automatically collected items: Service usage records, access logs, cookies
• During chat consultation: Consultation content, product-related requests

The Company collects chat content to provide AI consultation services and expert connection services.

Chat data is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing personalized product recommendations and consultation services
• Delivering accurate requirements to experts
• Improving AI service quality (after anonymization)
• Chat data is retained for 6 months after consultation completion and then safely destroyed.

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required under relevant laws, it will be retained for the applicable period.

• Expert connection contact info (name, phone, email): 6 months after consultation completion
• Chat consultation records: 6 months after consultation completion
• Service usage records: Until service termination

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

• When the user has given prior consent
• When using expert matching services, consultation content is delivered to the relevant expert (after prior consent)
• When required by law or when there is a request from an investigative agency according to procedures and methods prescribed by law

Users may exercise the following rights as data subjects.

• Request for correction in case of errors
• Request for deletion
• Request to stop processing
• Rights may be exercised via email, and the Company will take action without delay.

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as after the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

Electronic file information is destroyed in a manner that prevents recovery and reproduction, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
