Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BEU (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of cosmetic brand consulting services and related services (hereinafter "Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
- "Services" refers to AI-based cosmetic consultation, expert matching, brand consulting, and other services provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and use them in accordance with these Terms.
- "Expert" refers to a person who provides cosmetic-related consulting services to users in partnership with the Company.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms become effective when posted on the service screen or notified to users by other means.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws when necessary, and amended Terms will be announced 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Content of Services)
The content of services provided by the Company is as follows.
- AI-based cosmetic consultation services
- Cosmetic expert matching services
- Customized cosmetic brand consulting
- Custom manufacturing and distribution connection services
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Service Use)
Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special business or technical issues.
The Company may conduct regular maintenance when necessary for service provision, and maintenance times will be announced on the service screen.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities.
- Registration of false information
- Theft of others' information
- Unauthorized alteration of information posted by the Company
- Transmission or posting of information other than that determined by the Company
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
- Acts that damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company and other third parties
- Publicly disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages or other information contrary to public order and morals
Article 7 (AI Consultation Service Use)
The AI consultation service is provided for the purpose of understanding user requirements and connecting them with appropriate experts.
AI consultation content may be stored for service quality improvement. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
AI responses are provided for reference purposes only, and final decisions are made at the user's own judgment.
Article 8 (Expert Matching Service)
The Company mediates connections between users and experts and is not directly responsible for the quality or results of consulting services provided by experts.
Matters concerning transactions and contracts between users and experts are determined through direct consultation between the parties.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights and intellectual property rights to the services belong to the Company.
Users shall not use information obtained through the services for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Company.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision when services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, service facility failures, or service congestion.
The Company is not responsible for service use failures caused by the user's fault.
The Company is not responsible for users not obtaining expected benefits from using the services.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall apply the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the court of jurisdiction.
